Abstract In compliance with EU Directives 79/117, 86/214 and 85/355, this Decree concerns prohibition of the placing on the market and use of plant protection products containing certain active substances. Such products, being toxic substances or preparations may involve serious risks for man and the environment. The Decree sets forth provision so that plant protection products containing one or more of the active substances listed in the Annex (attached to this Decree) may neither placed on the market nor used.
