Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force as from 1 July 1988 in the case of captafol, captane and folpet; as from 1 January 1989 in the case of the other pesticides.
Abstract

In implementation of article 1 of Council Directive 96/32/EC relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on fruit and vegetables, Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 300481/84 is hereby amended. More specifically, 1) the entries relating to the following pesticide residues shall be deleted: chlormequat, diazinon, dicofol, endosulfan, fentin and propoxur; 2) a set of maximum levels for pesticide residues related to certain vegetables is inserted; 3) the entries provided for in point 2 shall be deleted no later than 30 April 2000.
