Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette. However, products which are not in conformity with the prescriptions of the present Decree and which were labelled or put in the market before 1 November 2004 shall be authorized until selling out.
Abstract

In compliance with 2003/95/EC amending Directive 96/77/EC laying down specific purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners, the Annex to article 36 of the Food Code is hereby amended. The text of the updated parts of the Annex regards the technical characteristics of sodium nitrate, polyoxyethylenes, beta-cyclodextrin and polyethylene glycol.
