Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The Decree amends the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 300481/84, as amended by M.D. No. 290485/88, in compliance with Council Directive 93/58/EEC. More specifically, in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 300481/84, certain entries relating to pesticide residues (amitrole, atrazine, binapacryl, bromophos-ethyl, captafol and others) shall be deleted. Also, in the same Annex, for methyl bromide the entry in the third column entitled 'maximum levels' shall read as follows: "0,1: nuts, apricots, peaches, plums, figs and grapes".
