The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The present Decree approves the replacement of the Annex to article 12c of the Food Code, in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/4/EC amending Directive 96/3/EC granting derogation from certain provisions of Council Directive 93/43/EEC on the hygiene of foodstuffs as regards the transport of bulk liquid oils and fats by sea. The new Annex attached to this Decree lists down acceptable previous cargoes. The article 12c shall be considered as derogation to the provisions of Chapter IV, point 2 of Ministerial Joint Decision No. 487 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.
