The Decree shall enter into force on 1 September 2010.
Abstract

In application of the provisions of article 2 of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 312751/728/12−01−2011, funding to support the cost of laboratory analysis for honey samples shall be subsidized up to a hundred percent. The analysis shall be carried out for tracing drugs or antibiotics residues and other dangerous substances (i.e. heavy metals, etc) in honey so as to ensure the protection of public health and the production and placing on the market of safe apiculture products. The Decree establishes the sum of the subsidy, requirements for the beneficiaries, required documentation and procedures to be followed.
