Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 1 August 2004.
Abstract

With article 1 to this Decree and in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/02/EC, in part A of Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 a new entry for fenamiphos maximum pesticide residue levels (MRLs) on cereals shall be added as shown in the Table attached hereto. In part B of Annex V to Presidential Decree No. 497/89 the entries for fenamiphos shall be added according to the Table of article 2. With article 3, in Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 352654/95 shall be added the MRLs for fenamiphos as shown in the Table attached.
