Abstract With article 1 to this Decree and in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/02/EC, in part A of Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 a new entry for fenamiphos maximum pesticide residue levels (MRLs) on cereals shall be added as shown in the Table attached hereto.
