The provisions of this Decree shall apply as from 27 November 2007.
Abstract

Maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products intended for human consumption are kept under constant review and changed by the European Community legislation in order to take account of new information and data. The Decree, with the view to give effect to Commission Directive 2007/28/EC, provides for the following amendments to the Greek legislative frame regarding MRLs: 1) Presidential Decree No. 497/89 is amended as follows: in Part A, Annex V the entries for maleic hydrazide are replaced as set out in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree; 2) Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: in Annex II the entries for azoxystrobin, chlorfenapyr, folpet, iprodione, lamda−cyhalothrin, maleic hydrazide, metalaxyl−M and trifloxystrobin are replaced as set out in the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree.
