Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 25 October 2004.
Abstract

The maximum pesticide residue levels for bromopropylate in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 are replaced by those contained in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree. Such MRLs shall apply to fruits (fresh, dried or uncooked, preserved by freezing, not containing added sugar), nuts, vegetables (fresh or uncooked, frozen or dry), pulses, oilseeds, potatoes, tea and hops.
