The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 30 June 2007.

Abstract

The present Decree amends the Table in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Table attached to article 3 to this Decree, so as to include dinocap as active substance contained in plant protection products, in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/136/EC. Where necessary, the competent authority of the Ministry of Development and Food (Directorate for the Protection of Plant Production – Division of Plant Protection Products) shall amend or withdraw existing authorisations
