Abstract

Τhis Ministerial Decision aims at implementing the provisions of articles 3, 4 and 5 of law No. 1650/1986 and at the same time, the harmonization with relative provisions of a) Council Directive 84/360/EEC on the combating of air pollution from industrial plants (more specifically with the provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 15) and b) Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. The Decision classifies certain works and activities into categories. It also defines the content, outlines the structure and establishes the procedures of approval of special environmental studies.
