This Law enters into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The Decision makes provisions in order to harmonise the national legislation with Council Directive 93/43/EEC on the hygiene of foodstuffs. All the articles plus the Annex of the Directive are hereby implemented.
