Entry into force notes: The Decree shall come into force on 10 April 1997.

Abstract: The Decree establishes the modalities to be followed by research and development institutes for the production, preservation and processing of immunising products, and also the prices at which the products should be sold. Furthermore, it states the institutes in charge of the production of vaccines against swine pest, foot-and-mouth disease (of cattle and swine), rabies and other animal diseases.
