Abstract

This Ministerial Decree provides for the implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 449/2001, having particular regard to: (a) aid to producer organizations delivering tomatoes, peaches and pears for processing into the products listed in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 2201/96 as well as aid to processors of prunes and figs; (b) contracts between producer organizations recognized or granted preliminary recognition under Regulation (EC) No. 2200/96, on the one hand, and processors, on the other hand; (c) compliance with the above-mentioned contracts; (d) monitoring systems. Article 3 concerns marketing campaigns as well as delivery periods of raw materials. Article 4 concerns the procedures to be followed and the applications to be filled in by the processors in order to participate in the aid scheme. Article 15 concerns the monitoring system to be drawn by the competent national entities.
