Abstract

The Decree establishes the obligations to be fulfilled for the introduction and the placing on the market of seed potatoes and potatoes. The latter must be accompanied by the plant passport, in compliance with the Community legislation in force. Moreover, the information that must be provided within 48 hours from the introduction into the country of the seeds or plants regard, inter alia: (a) name of the varieties and quantity introduced; (b) storage place and address of the first purchaser.
