This Decree enters into force on 21 September 2004.

Abstract

The official inspections under the coordinated monitoring programme concerning animal nutrition, pursuant to Legislative decree No. 223 of 2003, shall be carried out in compliance with the conditions specified in Supplement No. 18, which is attached to the present Decree.
