Abstract The Council of Ministers decrees that the main form of the correct organization of hunting is to allot hunting facilities to state, cooperative organizations and hunting associations for planned hunting and to hunters' association for social hunting. Organizations that have been allotted hunting facilities must carry out all the necessary measures aimed at the increase of total number of wildlife species and birdsin accordance with the unified plan approved by the Chief Directorate on Hunting and Protected Areas attached to the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR. The Government grants the right to the organizations that have been allotted hunting facilitieson land belonging to collective farms, state farms and state forestries, to build all the necessary constructions, to sow fodder plants and carry out other economic activity in accordance with collective farms, state farms and forestries. The Government establishes that hunting and trapping of birds and hares in the process of sport hunting within hunting facilities allotted to organizations must be carried out in accordance with limits established by the managing bodies of the aforesaid organizations while within hunting facilities not allotted to the organizations in accordance with the limits established by the Chief Directorate on Hunting and Protected Areas attached to the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR.
