Abstract The Regulation issued by the Decree consists of 11 articles. It establishes that the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs sets the plan to manage the protected area. The Decree prohibits (i) the entry during the night without permits; (ii) camping for more than 80 people; (iii) a speed above 50 km/h with cars; (iv) drive on the seashore; (v) damage turtles and other wildlife; (v) cut trees and other vegetation; (vi) use electrical equipment and flash after 10:00 p.m.; (vii) diving outside the designated areas.
