This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and up to the 15th of June 2011.
Abstract

This Regulation consisting of 3 articles amends some provisions of the Ministerial Decree No.2 of 2011 by providing special rules for exporting emperor fish. It allows owners of vehicles, companies, and institutions licensed to engage in trading activity, directly or through the companies participating in the local fish marketing program with the Ministry, and marketing of living aquatic resources, of emperor fish in exchange for permission to export an amount of fish equal to the amount marketed in the local markets, after obtaining the certificate according to the form prepared by the Ministry. The certificate shall include the quantity, weight, date and place of marketing, vehicle number and owner's name.
