Abstract

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Reserves of plant protection means of the Ministry of Agriculture (pesticides reserve) is formed for the purpose of ensuring priority tasks as regards combating exceptionally dangerous agricultural pests and diseases. Only preparations that have passed state registration and recorded in State catalogue of pesticides and agrochemicals authorized for utilization on the territory of the Russian Federation can be purchased for pesticides reserve.
