Abstract

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The present Regulation determines the modalities of issuing and cancellation to the managing subjects of special permits (licenses) to perform types of activities, which can cause damage to the interests of the Republic of Belarus, environment or human health (these activities are listed in the Annex to the present Regulation). Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 establishes the modalities of issuing licenses for some types of activity. Chapter 3 establishes the modalities of cancellation of the licenses for some types of activity. Chapter 4 establishes liability for the infringement of the present Regulation. The list of activities subject to licensing includes manufacturing of hunting and sports firearms and ammunition to them, ethyl alcohol, sugar, vegetable oil from raw materials belonging to state resources, wine, alcohol and tobaccos, and storage of cereals in state storage facilities.
