Abstract

The Government decrees to supplement the Ministerial Decree No.1223 of 1997 with the following paragraph: "State Committee on Housing and Construction Policy and State Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey must at the earliest possible date elaborate and validate methodical documentation for the calculation of the normative size of the plots of land within condominiums".
