Abstract This Resolution consisting of 5 articles amends the Resolution of 2014 by increasing the number of substances of which prohibits the production, manufacture, installation, import, re-export or circulation and entered in the lists 1 and 2. Article 2 allows the release of the import shipments contained pesticides and mentioned on this list, only when import permits have been issued before 1/1/2016. List 3 contains the pesticides that can be registered in respect to the specified field of use. All the attached lists are in English. Companies that have permits to register the restricted use pesticides have three months to update their position.
