Abstract

The following order of the formation and registration of the right of land tenure shall be applied: 1). A citizen shall submit to the district land committee an application for the allotment of a plot of land for setting up a peasant farm. 2). Examination of the application shall include the following documentation: a). map of the plot of land; b). decision on allotment; c). decision of the rural land committee on setting up peasant farm; d). certificate of the rural land committee on land share
