Abstract

Premier decrees that issues 10 and 14 of the Ministerial Decree No.704 of 2003 must not be applied to the distribution of quotas for the period of 2004 among the applicants for catch (harvest) of Pacific salmon for industrial purposes in the internal sea, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation in the Baltic sea, Sea of Azov, the Caspian sea and in the lower reaches of the rivers flowing into them. The Ministry of Agriculture is authorized to validate the distribution of quotas for the period of 2004 of the total allowable catch (harvest) of Pacific salmon for industrial purposes in the internal sea, and territorial sea among the coastal regions on the basis of their proposals.
