The main functions of the Federal Agency of Sea and Fluvial Transport are: 1) rendering services of public utility to indeterminate circle of persons on conditions established by the federal legislation, including the purposes of the realization of intergovernmental and federal special programs; 2) validation of individual legal acts pertaining to its sphere of competence; 3) keeping registers.
