Abstract Premier, for the purpose of the protection of national interests and stabilization of internal market of oil products, decrees to authorize Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Support of Small Entrepreneurship to apply the following arrangements in accordance with the legislation currently in force: 1.to increase by 50% the actual tariffs for export transport of crude oil by railway transport, except for the direction of seaport of Aktau; 2. to increase by 25% of the actual tariffs for export transport of crude oil through the seaport of Aktau; 3. to apply reduced coefficients for the tariffs for railway transport of crude oil and oil products by internal railway transport. Ministry of Energy, Industry and Trade is authorized to carry out beginning from the 1st of October 2000 constant monitoring of oil supply for export and to national oil-processing enterprises.
