Entry into force from the date of issue.
Abstract

The Government, for the purpose of protection of consumers’ rights and ensuring control over compliance of imported commodities with standards and other requirements, decrees to prohibit from the 1st of April 2000 internal trade of the commodities supplied in the Annex without packaging and labelling in the state and the Russian languages. Information shall contain the following data: 1. denomination and country of origin of commodities; 2. manufacturer, date of manufacturing and expiration date; 3. conditions of storage, modalities of use and energetic value.
