Entry into force from the date of signature.
Abstract

The Government decrees as follows: 1. To entitle the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources and the Committee on Water Management attached to the Council of Ministers, with the participation of the ministries, departments, regional governments concerned, territorial and provincial administrations of the Black sea basin, with the task of fulfilment of the obligations of the Russian Federation originating from the Convention on the protection of the Black sea against pollution. 2. To set up Inter-departmental commission on the Black sea for the purpose of coordination of activity of the ministries, departments and regional executive bodies of the Russian Federation as regards realization of the provisions of the Convention on the protection of the Black sea against pollution.
