Entry into force from the date of signature.
Abstract

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the modalities of licensing collection and trade of raw materials extracted from wild officinal plants except for protected plants recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation. Juridical and physical persons in accordance with license carry out the aforesaid activity. The license doesn’t authorize retail trade of the above-mentioned raw materials. Regional executive bodies are the licensing authority for collection and trade of raw materials extracted from wild officinal plants. Licenses are issued for the period of 3 years but can be issued for the period under 3 years at the declarant’s request. Transfer of license to other physical or juridical persons is prohibited. Licensing authority keeps register of issued, registered, suspended and cancelled licenses.
