Ministerial Decree No.1160 on the state expertise of GMO safety and authorization for the release in the environment of non-pathogenic GMO for testing.

The present Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the state expertise of GMO. The applicant must submit to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection an application form according to the Annex 1, a copy of the state registration of the applicant, draft contract for the state expertise of GMO and information on environmental risks of the GMO of plant origin.
