Abstract

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The present document determines the principles of organization, composition and force, the modalities of carrying out tasks and interaction of the main elements, as well as regulation of the principal issues of functioning of common state system of the prevention of emergencies and liquidation of their consequences. The main tasks of the common state system are elaboration and realization of legal and economic norms related to ensuring protection of the population and territories against emergencies, carrying out special programs aimed at prevention of the emergencies, data collection and reporting in the field of protection of the population against emergencies and liquidation of the emergencies.
