The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

All transport vehicles carrying out international carriage of perishable foodstuffs must be provided with an ATP conformity Certificate according to Annex 1, appendix 1, paragraph 4 of MDJ No. 54477/2598/2003. This Certificate is granted by the ATP Testing Body. This organization conducts the specific checks of vehicles engaged in international transport of perishable foodstuffs that are registered in Greece and issues audit reports on the insulating capacity of the equipment and the efficiency of cooling or heating devices in order to issue the certificate ATP. The Testing Body ATR is authorized by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks. The Decree establishes the conditions requested for testing stations ATP, the requirements for ATP experts and the procedure for applying for the ATP certificate.
