Abstract

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The document establishes the modalities of setting up protected areas of permanent observation points for environmental monitoring and pollution control. These observation points make part of state observation network that belongs exclusively to the federal property and is protected by the state. Permanent observation point is a complex that includes a plot of land or area of water with the installations and equipment destined for data collection as regards environment and pollution control.
