Economic activity, research, exploration and fisheries of foreign vessels in territorial sea of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for case established by the national legislation and international agreements concluded by the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be prohibited. Public and private, and also foreign vessels in the process of navigation shall follow navigation routes as provided by navigation equipment.
