Integrated ecological permit shall be uniform document attesting the right of nature manager to carry out emissions to the environment under condition of the use of the best available technologies and compliance with emission standards. The aforesaid emission standards shall be specified in the integrated ecological permit. The applicant shall submit the following documentation to the authorized state environmental protection body: (a) copies of state environmental audit conclusions and sanitary and epidemiological expertise containing environmental impact assessment; (b) draft programme of the passage to the best available technologies; (c) coordinated industrial ecological control programme; and (d) notarized copy of mandatory ecological insurance contract.
