The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of the state biological reserve Lebyazhiy: (a) changes to the landscape; (b) engineering; (c) waste disposal and effluent wastewater discharge; (d) burning dry vegetation, brush or wood; (c) gathering wild plants; (d) lighting fires; (e) using methods of plant protection; (f) hunting; (g) artisanal fishing; (h) grazing and (j) all types of main use felling.
