Abstract

This ministerial Decree establishes requirements for disposal and recycling of industrial waste. Construction projects for industrial sites shall envisage the estimated amount of waste formation related to consumer waste and industrial waste. In the process of elaboration of technological processes and equipment shall be envisaged timely disposal, recycling and burial of industrial waste. Wastelands of no agricultural value shall be used for recycling and as burial grounds for industrial waste. Documentation related to industrial waste burial grounds shall contain the following information: (a) qualitative and quantitative data in accordance with hazardousness class; (b) projected environmental impact; (c) technological processes used for recycling and disposal ( burial) of industrial waste; and (d) arrangements for protection of soil against hazardous substances and soil rehabilitation arrangements.
