The Government decrees as follows: 1) The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is entitled to carry out state policy in the field of fisheries and fishing industry, to carry out exploration of fishing resources, establishes annually total allowable catch, to elaborate and to validate fishing regulations, to inform Federal Frontier Guards of them and to put into effect other regulations in the field of fisheries and fish farming.
