Ministerial Decree No. 887 regarding validation of the Regulation on improvement of the system of payment for communal services and measures for social protection of the population.

The Government decrees to continue reformation of the relationship in the sphere of housing and communal services providing for selective social protection of the population. Changes in the amount of royalties for housing and municipal services must be linked to the system of measures aimed at social protection of poor citizens and carrying out system of measures for the purpose of reducing of housing and communal services' costs. The Government decrees to validate the Regulation on allocation of subsidies for physical persons for paying royalties for housing and communal services. Residents in habitable premises that make part of housing resources, irrespectively of the form of property, pay for the following communal services: water uses, sewerage, hot water supply, waste disposal.
