Forest service officers shall control the observance of forest fire safety regulations. In the fire risk season (from the thaw until the rainy season or the formation of snow cover), the following activities shall be prohibited: (a) making fires; (b) throwing burning matches; (c) using highly flammable ammunition while hunting; (d) leaving flammable materials; and (e) refuelling vehicles with the motor running.
