This Ministerial Decree enters into force after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that national wetlands reserve “Belyj Mokh” shall be instituted for the purpose of conservation in natural state of valuable wetlands ecosystems, wild growing plant species and wild fauna species recorded in the Red Book, and also protection of their habitats. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of wetlands reserve: (a) drainage and land reclamation that may cause modification of the existing hydrological regime; (b) exploration and mining; (c) waste disposal; (d) construction; (e) damages and removal of shrubbery and vegetation; (f) organizing tourist camps outside authorized areas; (g) dry grass and brushwood burning; and (h) application of plant protection means with aerial methods.
