Abstract The Government decrees to validate the Regulation on the monitoring of food quality, food safety and public health. Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Economic Development and Commerce, State Committee of Standards and Metrology and State Bread Inspection are entitled to provide for the monitoring of food quality, food safety and public health. The Government recommends to the regional authorities to elaborate, in accordance with the above-mentioned federal bodies, all the necessary provisions for the organization and putting into effect of the monitoring. Ministry of Public Health is entitled to coordinate the activity of the federal bodies and regional authorities in the sphere of organization and putting into effect of the monitoring.
