Abstract

This Ministerial Decree validates the list of animals whose furs or skins must be delivered to state purchasing enterprises following hunting. Any person who infringes on hunting regulations shall have their rifles and gear confiscated and sold in a process established by the government. The hunting inspectorate shall be authorized to confiscate and store all illegally procured wild animal skins or furs until the matter goes to administrative review. Private persons shall be prohibited from trading the fur or skins of wild animals covered by this Decree.
