Abstract This Decree revokes approvals for placing on the market of plant protection products containing permethrin as active substance, prohibits the import of such substance and also rejects all prior requests for commercialisation of products containing permethrin. However, placing on the market of remaining products containing this substance shall be permitted until 27.06.2002 the latest. After that date, possession and commercialisation shall be considered illegal. Full text Greek
