Abstract The Decree sets forth the necessary measures for the eradication of the TYLCY virus. Handling and trading of tomato and pepper plants is permitted as long as they are produced according to provisions of Presidential Decree No. 332/95 and are accompanied by phytosanitary certification. All infected plants shall be destroyed by fire or burial. Also, pepper and bean plants shall be put under appropriate preventional treatments. Full text Greek
