Abstract Ministerial Decree No. 481 on the federal executive bodies competent to issue authorizations to use place of origin of commodities shall be supplemented with the following paragraph: “Applications for the state registration of the place of origin of commodities and the exclusive rights thereto shall be accompanied by an expert opinion containing data on the exclusive properties of aforesaid commodities characteristic for a given geographic area.
