Abstract This Ministerial Decree stipulates that water bodies pertaining to Federal, regional or municipal property shall be conceded for exploitation for the following purposes: (a) defence and security; (b) discharge of effluent and (or) drainage water; (c) exploration and extraction of minerals; (d) timber rafting; (e) irrigation; and (f) recreational water use.
