Abstract The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The main tasks of the Federal Food Corporation shall be the development and state regulation of the food market for the benefit of commodity producers, and satisfaction of public demand for food, and of industry for agricultural raw materials. The Federal Food Corporation shall ensure effective and repayable use of monies attracted for the state regulation of the food market and for other operations involving food. The Federal Food Corporation shall be headed by a director-general with the powers of a first deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food. Full text Russian
