The Office shall be responsible for fulfilling its duties according to Law No. 82 of 2002 and its executive regulations. Article 3 provides for the Permanent Advisory Council for Plant Variety Breeders’ Rights. The Advisory Council shall meet once every two months and may get the help of experts when needed.
